Homes at Jordanelle Reservoir

The Jordanelle real estate area is named after the reservoir it surrounds. In recent years, it has become one of the fastest-growing real estate areas in the greater Park City area for both primary residences and second-home resort properties. Most single-family homes here are new and feature incredible views of the lake and the Wasatch mountain range.

Communities on the east side of the reservoir, such as Deer Mountain, Hideout Canyon, Deer Waters, and Soaring Hawk, are particularly renowned for their stunning views of the reservoir and Deer Valley®.

The south side of the Jordanelle is home to the expanding Jordanelle Ridge area which features properties by several home builders at a more affordable price point. The Ridge Club is a large shared community clubhouse.

Gated communities around the Jordanelle include Deer Crest, Deer Vista, Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge, Tuhaye, and Victory Ranch.

Additionally, the first properties have been released in the Mayflower Mountain Resort area – now called Deer Valley East Village. Velvaere is an ultra-luxury ski and wellness community offering large custom estates and smaller cabins. Furthermore, the gated community of Marcella features the highest-elevation ski properties with direct access to the base area. Deer Valley East Village is scheduled to open in 2025 and will offer access to 4,300 acres of Deer Valley’s skiable terrain. East Village and Deer Cove will bring a lot of amenities, restaurants, and stores to the area. Alternatives to being directly in East Village can be found at Amanti Lago, Keetley Ridge, Star Harbour Estates, and SkyRidge. A shuttle option to the base is being talked about.

Most homes around the Jordanelle are a ten to twenty-minute drive from Old Town Park City, and easily accessible from the Heber Valley Airport and Salt Lake International Airport. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are available at East Village, in Park City, Heber City, and Kamas.
