As of 2023, the cost to acquire a membership is $200,000. It is an equity membership which means the seller receives eighty percent of the current membership price at the time of sale. Memberships typically increase by $10k a year.
The membership allows the owners as well as immediate relatives including parents, grandparents, kids, in-laws, and grandchildren to use all club amenities. No cart and green fees are charged for members.
