Silver Creek Village is a new 310-acre master-planned community in Park City, Utah’s Silver Creek real estate area. Situated at the intersection of Highway 40 and Interstate 80, Silver Creek Village offers a diverse range of housing options including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and workforce housing alongside some commercial properties like restaurants and a grocery store. The area is zoned for a school and church as well.

Condos range from approximately 550 to 1,000 square feet, while townhomes offer generous living spaces between 1,400 and 2,400 square feet, ensuring ample room for comfortable living. Additionally, the community boasts 50,000 square feet of commercial space.
Several different home builders are present within Silver Creek Village including Garbett Homes, Hamlet Homes, Ivory Homes, Fieldstone Homes, and Hillwood Homes.Â
Silver Creek Estates, although sharing the same or similar name, is a single-family home community located off the Silver Creek exit featuring lots averaging 8+ acres in size. It’s important to note that Silver Creek Estates and Silver Creek Village, both part of the Silver Creek real estate area, are located in very separate areas within the community, each offering its own unique lifestyle and amenities at very different price points.
Real Estate in Silver Creek Estates is zoned for the Park City School District, while Silver Creek Village is zoned for South Summit. However, the Silver Creek Academy is within walking distance and a good alternative for some families.
