Marcella Mountain is a gated community that spans slopeside along the whole village front of the new Deer Valley East Village base area, formerly known as Mayflower Resort. It features 150 ski-accessible homesites ranging from 0.25 up to 8 acres in size. Some of the larger lots allow a main home along with a guest house. However, even the smaller lots can accommodate a residence between 3,500 and 8,000 square feet. Homes in Marcella Mountain can be up to three stories in height, and owners have the flexibility to use their preferred builders and architects.
Rental Restrictions: Nightly rentals are not permitted. The HOA enforces a minimum 30-day lease term.
Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge is an upcoming gated golf community situated just south of the reservoir between Kamas and Heber. The new community will offer custom homesites with the first properties expected to be released in the second half of 2025. This area will host two 18-hole championship golf courses, including one designed by Tiger Woods and his TGR Design team—his first course in the Mountain West. The course is set to be more than 8,000 yards long – one of the longest in Utah.
A Marcella Club membership is exclusive to property owners. Golf memberships are limited to 500.

East Village at Deer Valley marks one of the largest ski resort expansions in North America. The resort will grow from 2,000 to 5,700 acres, making Deer Valley one of the top five largest ski resorts in the U.S. East Village is located on the Jordanelle side of the mountain adding mainly north-facing terrain. The new base offers easy access from Highway 40, helping avoid Park City in-town traffic.
East Village will feature several four and five-star hotel properties, approximately 1,600 residential units, and 250,000 square feet of commercial space. The Grand Hyatt, the first completed hotel in the area, opened during Thanksgiving week of 2024. Three ski lifts are expected to be open for the 2024/2025 ski season to connect owners and guests to the slopes of Deer Valley Resort. Upon completion, East Village will feature approximately 15 new ski lifts.
Marcella is located 12 miles from the private airport in Heber City and 40 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. Main Street Park City can be reached in less than 15 minutes.

A golf membership is currently included in the purchase price of a Marcella lot. If you are interested in ownership at Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge, a golf membership can be purchased in addition to the property.
Marcella Club plans to offer just 500 full golf memberships for the 36-hole facility, making it one of the most exclusive golf clubs in Utah. Marcella will ultimately feature two courses – only available to property owners. Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge is anticipated to open for play by the 2025 season.
The membership does offer access to a private skier club in the resort village. Owners lose their membership privileges when they sell the property.
