Most Deer Crest homes for sale offer true ski-in/ski-out access to Deer Valley® Resort with the following exceptions:
The spacious Deer Pointe townhomes are connected to the slopes via a private funicular, and the homes in the Snow Top subdivision do not have ski access due to their elevation.
Deer Crest property owners can join the Deer Crest Club which offers shuttle service between their home and St. Regis.
The Jordanelle Express Gondola and Mountaineer Express chairlift are located within the Deer Crest real estate area.
In 2024 Deer Valley Resort announced the expansion of their terrain into the Mayflower Resort area. This will add thousands of acres of new skiable terrain along with new ski lifts to that mountainside. The ski village will feature one of the largest ski beaches in the country, ice rinks, private ski clubs, a wellness center, new condominiums, 4 and 5-star hotels, restaurants, and more.
Nightly rentals are allowed at St. Regis Deer Valley and Founders Place.
