Many of the Montage residences are very traditional while some owners have updated the ski condos to fit their personal style. A few of the condos at Montage are as large as 7,000 square feet – making them feel like a home but with all the amenities and outstanding Montage service.

Pets are allowed at Montage but additional cleaning fees may apply.

Since its grand opening in December 2010, Montage Deer Valley consistently reports high occupancy and record-breaking sales numbers. The most expensive residence sold for $18 million in 2023. 

Deer Valley Real Estate alternatives in immediate proximity to Montage Deer Valley include Sommet Blanc, Red Cloud, and Nakoma. Construction on Sommet Blanc is expected to start in 2023. It is the last new construction development coming to the top of Empire Pass and will offer luxury ski condos across three buildings. Nakoma offers large townhomes and single-family homes and is connected to Montage via the Lady Morgan chairlift. Montage offers three distinct dining venues: Apex, Burgers Bourbon, and Daly’s. Daly’s is a pub-style restaurant and offers a family recreation area with bowling lanes, billiards, darts, video games, and an arcade.  More lounges, a coffee shop, and 24-hour room service are available.

Additional amenities at Montage Deer Valley include an outdoor pool and hot tubs as well as a kid’s program called Paint Box.
