DEER CREST – BENEFITS OF THE DEER VALLEY TERRAIN EXPANSION

Deer Crest is one of the most exclusive gated ski-in ski-out communities in Park City, Utah, and the Deer Valley Real Estate market. In fact, it offers some of the most luxurious ski properties in the world. Nestled on the backside of Deer Valley Resort®, it boasts panoramic views of the scenic Jordanelle Reservoir. Notably, as of 2024, Deer Valley Resort® agreed to manage and incorporate the ski terrain of the former Mayflower ski resort.  This will add over 3,700 acres of new ski terrain, 16 new chairlifts, including a 10-passenger gondola, and provide ski access across 4 new peaks. The expansion of the ski terrain on that side of the mountain is a great benefit to all Deer Crest owners. Deer Crest will be a short drive from the new Deer Valley East Village featuring new restaurants and amenities. A public golf academy and practice facility as well as an equestrian center will be available at SkyRidge. The masterplan also includes a grocery store and school but this is still subject to change.

TOWNHOMES AND CONDOS IN DEER CREST

Deer Crest offers some prestigious ski properties for sale. Inventory for condominiums and townhomes is limited. Condominium developments include St. Regis Deer Valley, Deer Crest Village, Deer Pointe, and Founders Place. Most condos in the Deer Crest community feature ski-in ski-out access as well as spectacular panoramic views of Bald Mountain and Jordanelle Lake. 

St. Regis Deer Valley is the largest condominium development in Deer Crest. It offers 26 private residences with one to six-bedroom floorplans. St. Regis is a full-service condo-hotel that offers exceptional service and amenities.

Deer Pointe is located on Harmony Drive and features twelve luxurious townhomes with an average of 6,000 square feet. Four and five-bedroom floorplans are available. Deer Pointe does not have direct ski-in ski-out access but Deer Valley’s ski terrain can be accessed very easily via a private Funicular.

Deer Crest Village puts you into the Deer Crest community at the best price point. Deer Crest Village sits just outside of the private gates of Deer Crest Estates. The smaller ski-in ski-out condominium residences offer approximately 2,300 to 2,800 square feet of living space with three and four-bedroom floor plans.

Founders Place is a new luxury ski-in ski-out condominium development at the base of the Mountaineer Express Lift. It is currently under construction with two of three phases sold.

Nightly rentals are only allowed at Founders Place and St. Regis Deer Valley. Most other subdivisions require a 5-day minimum rental term.
