Mayflower Lakeside is a new master-planned community on the west-side of Jordanelle Reservoir. Mayflower Lakeside consists of a mix of twin townhomes and stacked condominiums adjacent to the Jordanelle State Park and Marina. The Pine plan is similar to the Aspen, identical on the main and lower levels, but the upper level has only the “Jack and Jill” suite, for a total of four bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

The Aspen plan is basically identical to the Birch, with the addition of a lower level with a 5th bedroom (as large as the primary bedroom), plus a huge family room and patio walk-out. Main level has a spacious deck.
Amenities include a clubhouse and a community park with a playground as well as three miles of trails and pathways. The 3,000-square-foot clubhouse will offer a seasonally heated pool, oversized hot tub, tennis/pickle ball court, barbecue facilities, and meeting rooms.
