Black Rock Mountain Resort, formerly known as Black Rock Luxury Condos, is a condo-hotel development located at 909 W Peace Tree Trail, just south of Black Rock Ridge along State Road 248. Nestled near the Jordanelle Reservoir and minutes from Park City, Utah, this premier development offers privately owned condominium residences, resort amenities, on-site dining, nightly rental zoning, and easy access to outdoor recreation.
Although the resort is not ski-in/ski-out, it provides convenient access to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley® Resort, and the new Deer Valley® East Village.
Black Rock Mountain Resort was developed by the team behind Black Rock Ridge, Blackstone Residences, and Canyon Links.
Upon completion, the development will include approximately 197 condominium residences, designed with efficient layouts and lock-and-leave ownership in mind.
Most of the residences are two-bedroom condos measuring approximately 1,300 square feet. A few three-bedroom, two-level penthouses offer additional space with nearly 2,000 square feet of living space.

The Onyx Club—a redesigned version of the former Black Rock Club— offers access to the year-round heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room, sauna, towel service, and a private member lounge. Memberships are available to owners and local residents.
Opened in 2025, the Black Rock Mountain Resort Event Center features an NHL-sized indoor ice rink that serves as the home arena for the Utah Outliers hockey team. The event center also hosts hockey tournaments, concerts, conferences, and private events throughout the year to help drive year-round visitor traffic and increase rental income potential for property owners.
Black Rock Mountain Resort is located along Highway 248, between Park City and the Jordanelle area. The location provides convenient access to skiing, Jordanelle Reservoir, and the surrounding trail systems, although a vehicle or shuttle is needed to reach the ski lifts and Historic Main Street.
