Smart features include one Google home controller, one Nest Outdoor Security camera, one Nest HD Wifi Indoor Camera, one Nest Learning Thermostat, two Leviton Wireless Light Dimming Switches and one Samsung Smart Things Hub.  
Buyers can choose from different finishes. Some floor plans offer upgrades for basement built-out. HOA at Wasatch Springs to include landscaping, snow removal and exterior maintenance.
Phase 1 was released in the spring of 2017 and all 10 townhomes were reserved within a few hours. Construction averages five to seven months.
Nightly rentals and pets are allowed.
