The first five-bedroom Kingfisher Cabin is set for completion in December 2021. Prices start at $625k. The Starling (3+ bedrooms) and Kestrel cabins (3 bedrooms) start at $325k/$445k. The Residence Club has received a lot of attention since it was introduced in 2020. As of 5/2021, more than half of the 128 cabins are either sold or reserved.

Owners at The Residence Club have a guaranteed six weeks of use per year, including three in the winter and three in the summer. Owners may swap, as well as pick up additional (unused) weeks and only pay the weekly cleaning fee.
Buyers are required to purchase the initial $110K Lodging Membership, and the developer is currently offering it at a discounted rate of $88K (5/2021) for Residence Club buyers only.
