Many of the homesites offer ski-in and ski-out access and views of the Jordanelle and the surrounding mountain range.

Owners and their guests will enjoy exclusive access to these exceptional amenity centers through a Club Velvaere membership. The Adventure Center is slated for completion in winter 2025/2026, followed by the Wellness Center in 2026/2027.
Velvaere is an ideal setting for year-round activities. In the summer season, the nearby Jordanelle Reservoir provides the perfect playground for water sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the greater Park City area is renowned for having one of the highest densities of championship golf courses in the nation.
A chairlift is expected to be located within the Velvaere community. It will be positioned near the Adventure Center and should be operational for the 2025/2026 ski season.
The private ski runs will be groomed by the Velvaere HOA.
Velvaere is located slopeside between Deer Valley Resort’s new East Village (former Mayflower Resort) and the exclusive gated community of Deer Crest. It is easily accessible off Highway 40. Less than 15 minutes from the private airport in Heber City and an easy 35-minute highway-only ride from the Salt Lake International Airport.
