Marcella Club is a private ski and golf community near Park City, Utah. The club consists of two distinct communities: Marcella Mountain featuring ski properties at the new East Village of Deer Valley Resort®, and Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge, a private golf community between Kamas and Heber.
Marcella Mountain is a gated community that spans slopeside along the whole village front of the new East Village, formerly known as Mayflower Resort. Marcella offers 150 ski-accessible homesites ranging from 0.25 up to 8 acres in size. Some of the larger lots allow a main home along with a guest house. However, even the smaller lots can accommodate a residence between 3,500 and 8,000 square feet. Homes in Marcella Mountain can reach up to three stories in height, and owners have the flexibility to use their preferred builders and architects.

Marcella does not allow nightly rentals. Owners can rent their homes for a minimum of 30 days.
Properties at Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge will not be available until late 2024.
The developers of Marcella Club teamed up with Tiger Woods. The professional golfer and 15-time major champion has agreed to design the new championship golf course for the private Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge golf community on the southside of Jordanelle near Park City. It will be the first TRG Design in the Mountain West. The 18-hole course is set to be more than 8,000 yards long – one of the longest in Utah.
Marcella Club plans to offer just 500 full golf memberships for the 36-hole facility, making it one of the most exclusive golf clubs in Utah. Marcella will ultimately feature two courses – only available to property owners. Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge is anticipated to open for play by the 2025 season.
The membership does offer access to a private skier club in the resort village. Owners lose their membership privileges when they sell the property.
Marcella at Deer Valley will offer a luxurious clubhouse called Mountain Lodge, designed by no other than world-renowned architectural firm Olson Kundig. The Marcella Mountain Lodge will include ski-in ski-out concierge services, an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness and yoga studio, and a multipurpose area with an arcade and golf simulator. In addition to onsite amenities, Marcella on Main will offer a selection of fine dining and luxury amenities for Marcella members and their guests in the heart of Old Town Park City. Part of Marcella on Main will be the Marcella Sky Lounge featuring a private rooftop club and bar, a full-service French brasserie restaurant, a Private Chef’s Table, a French patisserie and coffee shop, and a Skier’s Lounge featuring a casual dining restaurant and bar.
Additionally, Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge will offer two 18-hole championship golf courses along with practice facilities, tennis, and a clubhouse with a swimming pool, fitness center, game room, and food and beverage options.
The Mayflower Mountain Resort becoming part of Deer Valley Resort marks one of the biggest ski resort expansions in US ski history. Deer Valley’s ski terrain was 2,000 acres and will now be approximately 5,700 acres making Deer Valley the 4th largest ski resort in the United States. East Village is located on the Jordanelle side of the mountain adding mainly north-facing terrain. The new base offers an easy access point while avoiding in-town traffic.
East Village will feature several four and five-star hotel properties, 1,600 residential units, and 250,000 square feet of commercial space. The Grand Hyatt is estimated to be completed this fall, along with the first lift to connect owners and guests to the slopes of Deer Valley Resort. Upon completion, East Village will feature approximately 15 new ski lifts.
Marcella is located 12 miles from the private airport in Heber City and 40 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. Main Street Park City can be reached in less than 15 minutes.

The developer has already sold most of the memberships ahead of the lot releases.
