The city and Deer Valley® Resorts have come to an agreement on plans to develop the surface parking lots in Lower Deer Valley which will transform the area into a vibrant village. The Snow Park Village project includes the construction of residential condominium residences, commercial spaces, a hotel, an ice rink, an event center, a new transit center, and a large underground parking garage. The development aims to enhance the resort’s aesthetic and functionality, improving the overall guest experience. As part of the master plan, the ski beach will be extended beyond the current drop-off area into the new village center. Construction is expected to start in spring 2025.
