Fawngrove Deer Valley Condominiums

The Fawngrove Condominiums are located just off Deer Valley Drive along the scenic ponds in the Lower Deer Valley real estate area of Park City, Utah. The 61 townhome-style residences offer two and three bedrooms on approximately 1,200 to 2,700 square feet of living space. Some larger four and five bedroom floor plans exist. The condos vary greatly on the interior. Some have been substantially renovated, while others are very original. However, overall the units at Fawngrove are all very spacious offering fireplaces, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchens. Many of the units at Fawngrove have private hot tubs.

Assigned underground parking as well as concierge services are offered. Fawngrove is only half a mile from Snow Park Lodge and Park City’s Historic Main Street. A free city-wide shuttle bus is in walking distance. Pets are allowed with restrictions.
