Courchevel is a condominium development in the Lower Deer Valley real estate area of Park City, Utah. The majority of units have one bedroom, however, two-bedroom penthouses sometimes do become available for sale. Each residence has a full kitchen, fireplace and jetted tub on approximately 759 to 920 square feet of living space.
