Golden Eagle at Hideout is a new community within the Hideout city limits at Jordanelle Reservoir. Located east of Highway 248, the new community offers spectacular views of Jordanelle Reservoir, the Tuhaye golf community, Deer Valley, and the surrounding mountain vistas.
Golden Eagle spans 600 acres, with 25 percent of the land dedicated to open space. It is conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive from Park City and the new base area of Deer Valley Resort. Additionally, the Salt Lake International Airport can be reached within 35 minutes.
Golden Eagle consists of 384 homesites. These single-family home lots range from approximately 0.5Â to 1 acre in size. Few homes have been built, but proposed renderings show large custom luxury homes ranging from 3,200 to over 7,000 square feet.
Amenities at Golden Eagle will include a clubhouse with kitchen, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces plus a fire pit to relax. The community will also feature 5 miles of maintained hiking trails.
Residents can also enjoy various recreational activities such as boating at Jordanelle, and golfing at the nearby Hideout public golf course.
The HOA at Golden Eagle is expected to be low. However, until 2037, an infrastructure bond is billed along with the property taxes once a year.
Nightly rentals are not allowed at Golden Eagle. There is a 90-day minimum for all rentals.
Golden Eagle is located in Wasatch County and is zoned for the Wasatch County School District. All schools are currently located in the Heber Valley. Charter schools and private schools are available in the Park City area.
