This membership is considered an equity membership of which 80% is refundable when you sell your property. Additionally, the Extended Family Membership allows for sharing the club’s privileges with children, grandchildren, and parents. Amenities will include an 18-hole golf course with a Golf Clubhouse, an Adventure Center, a Boathouse on Wohali Lake and Wohali Lodge, restaurants, lounges, a world-class spa facility, a wellness center, fitness facilities, and a greenhouse for organically grown produce. The 2-acre Wohali Lake will be a great location for a summer concert and perfect for paddle-boarding, swimming, and ice skating in the winter.
If a gated community is not a priority, there are still opportunities to live close to a golf course. The Canyons Village offers the best of both worlds being close to both skiing and golfing. The Canyons Golf Course is a public course. Park Meadows Country Club is private but conveniently located in town close to restaurants, schools, and entertainment.
