Blackstone Residences Park City

The Residences at Blackstone are a collection of 32 townhomes clustered as duplexes and fourplexes. Each residence offers approximately 1,500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three baths, ski storage, and a two-car garage. Additional features include nine-foot ceilings, eight-foot doors, gourmet kitchens with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and Viking appliances, gas fireplaces with stone hearth and mantle, and private decks with a hot tub.

The Lofts at Blackstone comprise three condominium buildings. The first building has 24 condos with four floor plans: Alpine, Belle, Cascade, and Fremont. Building 2 has 36 residences with the Belle (6) and Alpine (30) floorplans. The majority of the condominiums offer two bedrooms across 1,159 to 1,500 square feet of single-level living space. Some 3-bedroom penthouses exist. Most residences come with one or two assigned underground parking spaces. Additional above-ground parking is available but on a first-come, first-served basis.
