Red Pine Condominiums

The Red Pine Condominiums and Townhomes are located within the lower Canyons Village real estate area in Park City, Utah. Nestled amidst pine trees, the development spans 19.5 acres and comprises 260 units: 200 condominium chalets, and 60 townhomes. The condos offer one and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from approximately 600 to 1,075 square feet, while the townhomes offer three to four bedrooms with up to 2,100 square feet. Specifically, there are 100 one-bedroom Chalet units located on the ground level of each building, each spanning 600 to 650 square feet. There are also 100 two-bedroom Chalet units, with around 1,075 square feet of living space across two stories. Additionally, the development features 60 Canyon townhomes with three to four bedrooms, each about 1,775 square feet spread over three levels with some units including an indoor hot tub.

Red Pine was built in 1979 and is home to many long-term residents compared to other developments in the Canyons Village area. The development is only a short walk to the Cabriolet and the Farmer’s Market in the summer. A bus stop is located on Canyons Resort Drive which offers connections to Kimball Junction or Park City’s vibrant Old Town.
