Canyon Haus Park City, formerly YOTELPAD Park City, is a condominium-hotel located in the heart of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. Situated on Canyons Resort Drive, just below the Grand Summit Resort Hotel, the property offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom condominiums within walking distance of the ski lifts, restaurants, and village amenities.
Opened in 2020, the development originally marketed its compact residences as “PADs,” featuring space-saving layouts, convertible furniture, and contemporary finishes. Today, its smaller floor plans and competitive pricing make it one of the more affordable opportunities to own a ski condo at Park City Mountain Resort.
Canyon Haus consists of 150 condominiums, including studios, one-, and two-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 338 to 1,013 square feet. Most units are studios, with floor plans designed to maximize space through Murphy beds, convertible multi-functional furniture, and built-in storage. Condos feature contemporary finishes, kitchenettes with stainless steel appliances, and bathrooms with rain showers.
Each condominium includes one parking space in the underground garage. Nightly rentals are permitted.

On October 1, 2025, YOTELPAD Park City officially rebranded as Canyon Haus Park City, ending its affiliation with the international YOTEL brand. All Seasons Resort Lodging, a Park City-based hospitality company established in 1999, now manages the property and offers on-site rental management.

Amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub as well as several fire pit lounge areas. The pool deck connects to the indoor social spaces, including a lounge area with fireplace, game room, office rooms, and terrace. Canyon Haus also offers a fitness room and a steam room. Valet service is available during peak season.
A High Valley Transit stop offers free bus service throughout Park City.
Canyon Haus is within walking distance of the Skyway Gondola, Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express, providing access to Park City Mountain’s Canyons Village terrain. The newer Sunrise Gondola, which opened for the 2025–26 ski season, provides another access point within the village.
During ski season, the complimentary Canyons Village Connect service offers transportation between participating properties and village destinations.
Nearby amenities include Canyons Golf, restaurants, bars, and spas at the Grand Summit Hotel and Pendry Park City. Canyons Village also offers shops, summer concerts, and direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails during the warmer months.
