Tollgate Canyon, Forest Meadows, and Pine Meadow Ranches are all located off of I-80 (exit 150) – just minutes northeast of Park City, Utah. All three subdivisions are nestled within aspens and pine trees offering plenty of privacy and constituting the perfect nature escape for both full-time and part-time residents. Many properties are accessible year-round. A paved road leads a few miles up the canyon and eventually turns into gravel roads leading up to where you can find cabins and vacant lots offering complete serenity. Winter driving conditions on plowed roads require chains and/or snow tires. A private neighborhood organization provides plowing to much of the area for a fee.

 

Tollgate Canyon offers properties of approximately one to 40 acres in size. Some owners combined multiple lots to build large custom ranch properties on over 100 acres. Forest and Pine Meadows consist of roughly 850 privately owned lots, ranging from a half acre up to 10 acres in size. Several residents are working on creating a playground and community area.

 

Most lots have electricity and water. Propane and septic systems are commonly used. Hunting is not allowed in either the Tollgate & Pine Meadows area.
