Red Ledges is a gated golf community in Heber City – about 20 minutes from downtown Park City, Utah. The luxury four-season mountain community is comprised of 2,000 acres and is perfect for families and everyone with an active lifestyle. Red Ledges real estate offers convenience, privacy, luxury, and lifestyle. It is a great location with magnificent mountain views and exposed red rocks. You are close to the ski lifts in the winter and to golf, boating and horseback riding in the summer.
Red Ledges Real Estate is known for its luxurious properties and breathtaking natural surroundings. The 2,000 acre master planned community offers 1,200 homesites with a mix of traditional and contemporary cabins, cottages and large custom homes for sale. As of 2023, about 500 homes have been built, are under construction or in the early planning phases with Red Ledges.
Buyers can still find a good variety of building lots for sale. Newly released Uinta Ridge is one of the highest elevation subdivisions with stunning panoramic views of the Heber Valley. Uinta Ridge is also in close proximity to a future upscale clubhouse which will feature a restaurant, gym, several hot tubs and an infinity lap pool that overlooks the Heber Valley and the scenic Wasatch Mountain range.

Summit Loop and Crown Ridge are some of the highest-elevation neighborhoods within Red Ledges and offer panoramic views of the Heber Valley, Mt Timpanogos, and Deer Valley Resort. These Red Ledges lots range from approximately .5 to 2.7 acres.
Red Mountain and Juniper Hills are located by the iconic red rocks. Homesites are larger and overlook the 18-hole Signature Golf Course along with the Heber Valley.
Mountain View Village is steps from the Village Center with a pool, water slide, restaurant, a wellness center, Signature Golf Park, and putting green. The semi-custom homes offer five different floorplans with three to five bedrooms, large outdoor spaces, and a two-car garage.
Note that some neighborhoods allow you to pick your own builder while others require you to build through Red Ledges. In addition to that, not all homesites offer a Red Ledges golf membership.
About 50 percent of property owners live at Red Ledges full time and there is a good community feel with plenty of monthly events.

Nightly rentals are not allowed at Red Ledges. Owners are allowed to rent for a minimum of 90 days.

Red Ledges Golf: Red Ledges is well-known for its golf amenities, including the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and the first-ever Jack Nicklaus Signature 12-hole Golf Park. The Jim McLean Golf School offers year-round golf simulation and an indoor practice facility. There is also a practice area with a putting green and the Red Ledges Signature Shop. The Red Ledges Golf Course has received recognition, being voted “Best New Private Golf Course 2009” by Golf Magazine and named “Best of State” for seven consecutive years.
Red Ledges Tennis: The Cliff Drysdale Tennis program has several full-time tennis pros who are available for private lessons and group classes. Red Ledges offers more than ten scenic outdoor tennis courts and six pickleball courts. An indoor tennis bubble offers two year-round courts and an indoor tennis sports court center is planned as a future amenity.
Red Ledges Equestrian Center: The Red Ledges Equestrian Center offers boarding, horse leasing, and private lessons.
Red Ledges Ski Amenities: Owners have exclusive access to two private ski lounges: the renowned Deer Crest Club at St. Regis as well as the lounge at Stag Lodge in Upper Deer Valley. In the winter owners enjoy complimentary shuttle services to Deer Valley. Furthermore, Red Ledges offers the Red Ledges Ski Club with weekly ski excursions to Utah resorts.

The Clubhouse offers casual and fine dining at Juniper Grill, a basketball court, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, spa treatment rooms, locker rooms and a Kids Club. The Kids Club at The Yurt is perfect for kids of all ages and offers ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, video and board games.
The Village Center features a resort-style pool with lap lanes, a 144 ft waterslide and water playground, hot tubs, a poolside bar and grill, locker rooms, and a playground. A new wellness center features a state-of-the-art gym, and studio for fitness classes.
Other services include 24-hour security, concierge, numerous hiking and biking trails, and outdoor activities for all ages.
Owners at Red Ledges are required to choose one of three memberships:
Red Ledges Golf Membership: $175,000 with annual dues of approximately $12,500
Red Ledges Golf Park membership: $80,000 with annual dues of approximately $8,700
Red Ledges Lifestyle membership: $55,000 with annual dues of approximately $6,500
No Green or Cart fees for members. Rates apply for extended family and accompanied guests.
