The resort is steps from the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express, providing convenient access to Park City Mountain’s ski terrain. Westgate’s ski valet and equipment storage eliminate the need to carry skis back to the condominium after a day on the mountain.

HOA dues include utilities and access to Westgate’s extensive resort amenities. Monthly dues vary by residence, and certain spa treatments and other services carry additional charges.
Parking is another notable distinction. Not all Westgate condos include an assigned parking space in the Owners’ Garage. A residence sold with its own assigned space offers an advantage, particularly during busy ski weekends and holiday periods when parking throughout Canyons Village can be limited.
