The Vintage Room at The St. Regis Deer Valley is a stunning 1,600 square foot heated glass structure with vaulted ceilings and a spacious outdoor deck with heated seats and a fire pit. This new hot spot is located slope side along the Deer Hollow Ski Run and features spectacular views and life music daily. It can be accessed slope side or via a walkway from the main building of St. Regis Deer Valley.
The Vintage Room features a 30-foot wooden bar offering signature cocktails, wine and champagne service, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. The menu includes fresh seafood which is flown in daily, including oysters, calamari, ceviche, snow crab legs, lobster and rock crab claws along with Deer Valley classics like the famous Turkey Chili and Cheddar Popcorn.
