Cougar Moon is the next community to be released in Tuhaye. The new homesites offer plenty of light because of the southern exposure, great natural terrain, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, views of Mt Timpanogos, Deer Valley, and Jordanelle. The new subdivision will be offering 116 homesites, ranging in size from around 2/3 acre to a little over 3 acres. They have started cutting preliminary roads in.
They are taking Reservations of Interest and will convert those into lot specific reservations in early 2022. Pricing will range from $500,000 to $2.5 million.
