Sommet Blanc is a new development coming to the top of Empire Pass. It will sit adjacent to Empire Lodge and Montage Deer Valley. Sommet Blanc will consist of three slopeside residential lodge buildings with a total of 54 condominiums and six townhomes. The Alpine Villas are spacious townhomes offering approximately 5,000 square feet of living space. The Residences at Sommet Blanc include two, three, four and five bedroom floor plans. Large penthouses with spacious outdoor spaces will be located at the top of each building.

Starting on December 26, Reservations of Interest will be accepted which allows potential buyers to secure their place in line when the contract moves to unit specific reservations later this winter.
Floor plans, pricing and finishes are expected to be finalized by mid-January.
