Mayflower Resort is the first new ski resort in North America since 1981. It is anticipated that some biking trails will open the summer of 2022 and the first eight chairlifts will run December of 2024. The resort village along with most of the ski-in ski-out lodges will start going vertical in the next few months. Extell is hoping to have the four-star MIDA hotel along with the resort village, a private skier club and commercial spaces open by then as well. It is still unknown whether Deer Valley will be operating the resort.
Marcella at Mayflower Resort Real Estate
Marcella Ski and Golf is the first real estate development to be released at the base of the new Mayflower Resort at Jordanelle. The gated ski community will consist of 150 luxury homesites – all off which sit hillside above the resort village center. Lots range from 0.25 acres up to 8 acres in size and current prices range from $2.35 to $3.75 million. All lots are ski accessible meaning they offer ski in access, ski out access, or are true ski-in ski-out. More real estate to be released later this year.

Mayflower sits adjacent to the backside of Deer Valley Resort® and the private community of Deer Crest. It is located 12 miles from the private airport in Heber City and 40 miles from Salt Lake International Airport.
