The Grand Summit Hotel – a Rock Resort – is located in the heart of the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort – right across from the Orange Bubble Chair lift and the Red Pine Gondola. The AAA 4-Diamond resort hotel offers prime ski-in ski-out access in the winter and it is the perfect starting point for a round of golf course in the summer. The first tee and 18th hole of the scenic Canyons Golf Course are right out front of the door.
The luxury lodge was built in 2000 and offers studios as well as one, two, three and some four bedroom residences with approximately 370 to 3,700 square feet of living space. Each residence provides a full kitchen, living area and fireplace. The hotel underwent a complete renovation in the spring of 2017.
The hotel only offers fractional ownership, with each owner receiving 13 weeks per year. Some full-ownership opportunities exist but they are rare.
Amenities at the Grand Summit include 15,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, a fitness center, a spa with a beauty salon, sauna, steam room, a heated pool, and hot tubs. Each owner receives one unassigned underground parking spot. Additionally, owners and guests can enjoy several dining options, an owners lounge with a library, ski storage and valet, and a daycare facility.
