Glenwild is a gated golf community situated within the rolling hills just north of Kimball Junction in Park City, Utah. In fact, it was Park City’s first private gated golf community. The community features 196 home sites on over 1600 acres.Â
Luxury single family homes at Glenwild range anywhere from 3,300 to 12,000 square feet in size and offer a variety of different styles and finishes. Glenwild’s custom homes feature incredible golf course and/or ski resort views. Home sites are approximately half an acre to 10 acres. Depending on the location of your lot you are allowed to build a home up to 10,000 square feet along with a guest house. Looking to build larger? A 1% transfer fee applies to all property sales in Glenwild.
Amenities include the Glenwild Golf Course that has been recognized as “Utah’s Best” by Golf Digest.
