Northside Village: Located off Marsac Avenue and offers large custom single-family home residences ranging from 6,500 to 13,000 square feet in size. Home sites are approximately half an acre in size. Direct ski access. Homes do not become available often.
Paintbrush: Offers 12 ski-in ski-out residences with approximately 4,500 to 5,600 square feet and four or five-bedroom floor plans. Located along Banner Ski Run.
Red Cloud: A private community at the top of Deer Valley offering 30 home sites. Lots range from one to two acres in size. Only a few homes have been built to date. However, most of the homes at Red Cloud are large custom ski homes with more than 8,000 square feet of living space. Spectacular panoramic views. Located close to Red Cloud, Northside and Quincy lifts.
The Belles at Empire Pass: A subdivision featuring a blend of 17 ski-in ski-out homes and townhomes. The single-family residences offer five or six bedrooms on approximately 5,700 to 7,100 square feet of living space with beautiful beam/woodwork finishes and a two or three-car garage.
Most properties in Empire Pass include a Talisker Club membership offering access to additional amenities including year-round access to the Tower Club at Deer Valley (pool, spa, fitness, restaurant, and ski lockers) and the private 18-hole Tuhaye golf course in the summer.
