Extell Releases Condos for Sale at Mayflower Resort

Mayflower Mountain Resort is expected to be open for the 2024/2025 ski season. The developer Extell has broken ground on several village structures and is hopeful to have all buildings along the ski runs as well as the Skier Services building completed by fall of 2024.

So far, three developments have been released for sale. The most recent release includes 55 private residences in the future MIDA hotel. The luxury resort will offer 387 hotel rooms in addition to 55 private residences. Buyers can choose from one, two, three and four-bedroom floor plans. Each residence is sold unfurnished and with a private storage area. Reserved owner parking will be available.

The proposed amenities include 60,000 square feet of event and conference space, an underground parking garage, a year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, ski valet, a fitness center and restaurants.

This Extell Exclusive development will sit adjacent to the ski beach with only a 500-foot walk to lift access. Extell is currently finalizing contracts with the future operator of the residences.  Prices range from $900,000 up to $8 million.

Along with these ski condos, estate lots are available for sale at Marcella, and homes as well as townhomes are offered at the ultra-luxury ski and wellness community of Velvaere.

There will be 115 custom residences of which will be 12 cabins starting around $4 million; 68 residences around $5 million; and 35 custom estates starting around $12 million. Floor plans will range from cozy three bedrooms to  spacious five bedrooms. Each residence will feature a wellness experience based on the owners choice. There will be options to include in-home light therapy, plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms and more. The first homes are set to be completed in early 2024.
