The private residences of the new MIDA Hotel are the first condominiums to be released for sale within the base area of the future Mayflower Resort. Extell is in the last stages of finalizing which luxury hotel brand is going to manage the new resort hotel.
The resort and conference hotel offers 385 hotel rooms as well as 55 private luxury condominium residences. One, two, three and four bedroom floor plans are available. All condos are sold unfurnished and owners will have a private assigned storage unit.
The MIDA Hotel will sit adjacent to the ski beach and lifts can be reached within 500 feet.
Proposed amenities include 60,000 square feet of event and conference space, parking for owners in the underground parking garage, year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, ski valet, fitness center and restaurants.
Nightly rentals will be allowed through the Rental Program or another property manager. HOA dues are expected to include all amenities and utilities except water and electricity.
The resort hotel is partially funded by the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA). The Conference Hotel is the only MIDA facility at a U.S. ski resort.
Completion is expected for fall of 2024 – the same year Mayflower Resort is set to open. Pricing starts at approximately $950,000 and goes up to $8m.
