Construction on the new Arts District off Bonanza Drive and Kearns Blvd will start spring of 2021. The District will include affordable housing; workspaces for local artists; a public plaza; acoustic performance space; an outdoor sloped grass amphitheater; food hall; media arts lab; photography/videography studios; recording studios; and art classrooms.
