Glenwild - Land for Sale

Glenwild is a gated golf community within the rolling hills just north of Kimball Junction in Park City, Utah. It features 196 home sites on over 1600 acres. Glenwild residential building lots are currently ranging anywhere from half an acre to ten acres in size. Depending on the location of your lot you are allowed to build a home up to 10,000 square feet. Looking to build larger? Some exceptions apply if an adjacent property is purchased. Member amenities at Glenwild include the award-winning Tom Fazio-designed golf course. This 7,541-yard, par-71 championship course challenges players of all levels while complementing the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
