Deer Crest Village puts you into the Deer Crest community at the best price point. Deer Crest Village sits just outside the private gates of Deer Crest Estates. The smaller ski-in ski-out condominium residences offer approximately 2,300 to 2,800 square feet of living space with three and four-bedroom floor plans.
Founders Place is a new luxury ski-in ski-out condominium development at the base of the Mountaineer Express Lift. It is currently under construction, with two of three phases sold.
Nightly rentals are only allowed at Founders Place and St. Regis Deer Valley. Most other subdivisions require a 5-day minimum rental term.

In 2024, Deer Valley® Resort officially announced the Deer Valley East Village expansion, taking over management and ski operations of what was supposed to be the stand-alone Mayflower Mountain Resort. This agreement adds more than 3,700 acres of new ski terrain, 16 new chairlifts, and a 10-passenger gondola, providing ski access across four new peaks and a connection to Snow Park Village. The expansion of the ski terrain on that side of the mountain is a great benefit to all Deer Crest owners, who will enjoy expanded terrain, improved skier flow, and new luxury amenities within the Jordanelle and East Village corridors.
Just a short drive from Deer Crest, the new Deer Valley East Village will feature a vibrant base area with restaurants, retail, après-ski venues, and five-star lodging, including the upcoming Four Seasons and Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. Nearby, the Skyridge development will introduce a public golf academy, practice facility, and equestrian center.
Deer Crest owners have the option to join the Deer Crest Club. The Deer Crest Club in Deer Valley is an exclusive membership program offering access to facilities and services at the prestigious St. Regis Deer Valley. Members enjoy access to the Deer Crest Club Lounge and amenities at The St. Regis Deer Valley, along with exclusive privileges such as private ski valet services, wine experiences, ski locker rentals, access to art and cultural events in Park City, and preferred pricing at The St. Regis Deer Valley on lodging, dining, and services at Remède Spa. Deer Crest Club members can also request shuttle service between their homes and St. Regis Deer Crest.
Deer Crest is located one mile from downtown Park City, Utah, and within 40 minutes of the Salt Lake International Airport. It can be accessed via two gates – from either Lower Deer Valley or the Mayflower Exit off Highway 40 at the Jordanelle Reservoir. That way you have easy access to in-town entertainment and shopping as well as boating and other outdoor activities on the lakeside.
