The construction industry in Park City continues to boom. According to the building department permits valued at more than $25 million were issued this May alone. We are seeing families build new homes as well as many new commercial and residential construction projects going in. With the continued popularity of properties in the Empire Pass area we are happy to announce the next phase of The Village at Empire Pass. The new phase will include approximately 30 ski-in ski-out condominium residences built adjacent to the bottom terminal of the Silver Strike Chair lift. No name has been selected to date. Construction is expected to start next spring and completion may take up to 18 months. Pre-sales are expected to start next ski season. St. Regis Deer Valley is planning on releasing its next phase within the same time frame. Their new phase will include more residences on the hillside adjacent to the funicular.
