820 Park Avenue – “A Modern Take on Mountain Luxury”

820 Park Avenue is a new development planned on the site of the historic Rio Grande train depot in Old Town of Park City, Utah – adjacent to the Flying Sumo restaurant.

Planned are ten condominium residences with one to four bedroom models. Each ski condo ranges in size from 940 sq. ft. to 2,600 sq. ft. and will feature mountain contemporary design with a mix of marble, granite, caesarstone and tiles; stained and painted wood cabinets; polished nickel finishes throughout and at least one fireplace. The gourmet kitchens will feature professional grade, high-end appliances and custom cabinets. Washer and dryer will be included as well.

All units are going to be single-level living except for the four-bedroom residence which will offer two-levels and vaulted ceilings. Master bathrooms will have heated floors and a steam shower and all units will have a  private heated decks. Residences will be sold unfurnished, however, the renowned interior design firm Alder & Tweed can assist with furniture selections and packages separately.

Amenities include private underground parking, a ski-prep lounge, a rooftop deck with outdoor hot tub, barbecue and fire pit as well as easy access directly to the Town lift ski plaza.

The plan is to begin construction in Spring 2014. The developer anticipates construction to be complete for the Winter Season of 2015/2016. Prices range from $550,000 to $2,400,000.
