Effective October 1, 2025, YOTELPAD Park City officially transitioned to a new boutique identity: Canyon Haus. This rebrand marks a major step for the property as it evolves from an international franchise into a locally managed community designed to highlight everything that makes Park City unique.
After several years of operating under the YOTEL brand, the decision was made to create an independent identity that better aligns with owner expectations and guest experiences. Canyon Haus was selected as the new name to reflect the property’s prime location within the Canyons Village and its focus on delivering an authentic Park City lifestyle—both for homeowners and visitors.
Local Management with Local Expertise
One of the most significant changes with this rebrand is the move to a local hospitality and property management partner.
• All Seasons Resort Lodging will oversee hospitality services and on-site rental management. With decades of experience managing boutique properties in Park City, they bring local expertise and strong marketing capabilities.
