Promontory has set a new record in 2021 with over $600 million in sales which accounted for about 30 percent of all real estate sales in the Park City area. Their previous sales record was $195 million. Promontory is going to release nine new neighborhoods in 2022 with lots of new inventory. They will also add new amenities such as a par 3 course, a training facility, tennis facilities, an adventure clubhouse, family pool, along with a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with Mediterranean restaurant and fitness facility.
