Deer Springs is a new development on the east side of Jordanelle Reservoir – just minutes from the Park City city limits. Once completed, the new community will consist of approximately 33 single family homes and 60 – 100 duplex townhomes. The developer Holmes Homes also built Wasatch Springs and Deer Waters.
