FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP AT MORNINGSTAR

Tuhaye offers shared ownership for those that do not want to commit to full-ownership. Morningstar is collection of only five luxury homes located on the fairways of the Mark O’Meara golf course just above The Village and Clubhouse.

Every owner has a 1/8th deeded interest in the home, including a guarantee of two weeks in the ski season and two weeks in the summer, as well as two flex weeks. Additional weeks may be available. Each of the stunning contemporary homes are fully-furnished and offer approximately 5,700 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and six baths. The garage offers a private golf cart and two e-bikes. A storage area in provided for personal belongings while not in residence. 

Pets are not allowed.

TALISKER CLUB MEMBERSHIP & AMENITIES

While in residence, homeowners and their immediate family can use all of the Talisker amenties. They are considered Full Talisker Members. Owners are able to upgrade to a full year-round Talisker membership. As of 2021, a Talisker membership costs $100,000. It is an equity membership of which 80% is refundable when you sell your property.

COST OF OWNERSHIP

Owners are responsible for Annual Talisker Club and HOA dues which cover access to the amenities, utltieis, operating expenses, maintenece, reserve, taxes etc. 

1 percent transfer fee applies to all real estate sales in Tuhaye.

LOCATION

Tuhaye is located approximately 40 miles from the Salt Lake International Airport and 22 miles from the Heber City private airport. Park City city limits are a short 10-minute drive. The Jordanelle Express gondola at Deer Valley Resort® as well as the future Mayflower Resort can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
