It is official! HGTV chose Utah for their 2012 Dream Home location. River Meadows Ranch is located near Midway, Utah. It offers 39 lots ranging between 1.5 and 8 acres. With the majestic Wasatch Mountains in the back and the Provo River running through the development this area truly is a dream location. Midway offers many year-round outdoor activities. In the summer you can hit some balls at one of the 4 golf courses, fly fish, visit the water falls at Provo Canyon, hike at Sundance Resort or go boating at Jordanelle Reservoir. In the winter you can cross country ski at the Olympic Soldier Hollow stadium or hop on the nearby gondola to ski Deer Valley Resort.
River Meadows Ranch is located 20 minutes from Park City, Orem and 45 minutes from Salt Lake City.
