Velvaere – A new Luxury Wellness Community
Velvaere is a new 60-acre luxury Wellness community coming to the Mayflower Resort real estate area of Park City, Utah. Velvaere will be located adjacent to the Pioche Village near Deer Valley Resorts® Jordanelle Express Gondola and just a minute north of the future Mayflower Resort.
Velvaere, pronounced as Vel-vair, means “State of well-being where nature and surroundings are intrinsically linked to being whole. All-encompassing pieces of life’s puzzle coming together to promote wellness.” Velvaere seeks to combine luxury homes with the best of what the wellness industry has to offer. This unique opportunity offers buyers luxury living paired with ski-in ski-out access, year-round outdoor recreation, a family adventure center along with a state-of-the-art wellness center and an integrated hiking and biking trail system.
There will be 115 custom residences of which 12 will be three-bedroom cabins starting around $4 million; 68 four to five-bedroom residences priced around $5+ million; and 35 custom estates. The custom estates will feature five+ bedrooms on 6,000 to 8,500 square feet. Prices for those luxury homes will start at around $12 million. Each residence will feature a wellness experience based on the owners choice. There will be options to include in-home light therapy, plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms and more. They expect the first homes to be completed in early 2024.
Velvaere will offer a fully managed and maintenance-free homeowner experience.
The focal point of the community will be the 15,000 square-foot Adventure Center with a full-service restaurant, après ski beach, gear storage, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. The 20,000-square-foot Wellness Center will be public and will offer treatments like cryotherapy; a hyperbaric chamber/pod; LightStem LED; a flotation pool; nutrition programs for microbiome and biohacking; lymphatic drainage; IV therapy; thermal and contrast bathing; fitness; yoga; meditation and sound baths; integrative medicine, and more.

The lots for sale at Marcella are located slope-side with easy access to the heart of the Mayflower base area.
