Glenwild is a gated golf community situated within the rolling hills just north of Kimball Junction in Park City, Utah. In fact, it was Park City’s first private gated golf community. The community features 196 home sites on over 1600 acres.
Luxury single family homes at Glenwild range anywhere from 3,300 to 12,000 square feet in size and offer a variety of different styles and finishes. Glenwild’s custom homes feature incredible golf course and/or ski resort views. Home sites are approximately half an acre to 10 acres. Depending on the location of your lot you are allowed to build a home up to 10,000 square feet along with a guest house. Looking to build larger? A 1% transfer fee applies to all property sales in Glenwild.
Amenities include the Glenwild Golf Course that has been recognized as “Utah’s Best” by Golf Digest. Designed by Tom Fazio, one of the most celebrated golf course designers of our time, this 7,541-yard, par-71 championship course challenges players of all levels while complementing the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Other Member amenities include 39,500 square feet of completed club facilities with an exceptional year-round swimming pool, spa, a fitness center, Camp Glenwild with indoor and outdoor activities for children, casual and fine dining as well as an extensive trail system. Flyfishing is offered in the summer and cross-country/snowshoeing in the winter.
As of summer 2023, a golf membership in Glenwild is priced at $200,000 and a social membership is available for $50,000. The membership is currently still an equity membership but the club is considering changing that.
