The Commons at Newpark is a new mixed-use development at Kimball Junction in Park City, Utah. The Commons will most likely feature 38 affordable apartments for rent of which 18 will be studios, 14 one-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom apartments. The street-level will consist of 12,000 square feet of commercial space. Shall there be any condos for sale at Commons, they won’t be marketed until closer to completion which is set for winter 2020/2021.
The Commons is located in walking distance to shops, gyms, restaurants, the movie theater, bowling alley and summer concerts. Access to a great trail system is right at your door steps.
