Kamas & Marion

Kamas and its neighbor Marion are located only a short 10-15 minutes drive from Park City. Via Mirror Lake Highway you can access the magnificant Uinta Mountain National Forest where you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Kamas and Marion offer farm and pasture lands with beautiful homes. The town also offers a few restaurants, a gas station and a grocery store.


Oakley & Weber Canyon

Oakley lies within Weber Canyon between Coalville and Peoa. The communities offers some luxury farms and log homes but you can also find reasonably priced cabins and small ramblers. Oakley is home to the world-renowned Oakley Rodeo every summer.

 


Woodland & Francis

Woodland is best known for its Wold Creek Ranch development, which offers the largest residential land parcels in the area. Some Wolf Creek Ranch lots are as big as 160 acres in size. Another part of Woodland offers one gated and one open community both featuring 5 acre land parcels. Some have only seasonal access.

The most recognized neighborhood in Francis is Wild Willow, which features large homesites and ranch style homes. Located near the small town of Francis is the 5,600 acre Victory Ranch Golf development with luxury homes and homesites. Both areas are only 15 minutes from Park City and offer beautiful mountain views.


Heber City

Heber City is home to many who love the small town mountain lifestyle but want to get more property for their money. The town has recently been named one of the best resort values by The Wall Street Journal.

Heber is centrally located both 15 minutes from Park City and Orem. Ski access to Deer Valley Resort is available via Jordanelle Express. Most homes have great views of Mt. Timpanogas. Farms and horse property is available.


Midway & Charleston

Midway is known for its Swiss influence in architecture as well as for hosting several 2002 Winter Olympic events at Soldier Hollow. You find beautiful homes with magnificent views of the mountains. The town is home to 5 golf courses and residents can access Deer Valley lifts at Jordanelle Reservoir. You can also find farmland and horse property.
