One Empire Pass is going to be the first lodge built on Empire Pass in over seven years. Located next to the Silver Strike Lodge the intimate ski-in/ski-out resort hotel is going to be comprised of 27 private luxury condominium residences featuring two, three and four bedroom models ranging in size from approximately 1,250 to 4,350 square feet. All residences of the six-floor resort hotel will span the entire width of the building to maximize the views for each owner overlooking the Daly Chutes and Lady Morgan Bowl as well as the Old Town valley.
