Homes at Jordanelle Reservoir

The Jordanelle real estate area is named after the reservoir it surrounds. In the most recent years, it has become one of the fastest growing real estate areas in the greater Park City area for both primary and secondary resort properties. Most single-family homes feature incredible views of the lake and the Wasatch mountain range. Communities include Deer Mountain, Hideout Canyon, River View, SkyRidge, Soaring Hawk , and Star Harbour Estates. Gated communities include Deer Crest, Deer Vista, Tuhaye , and Victory Ranch. The first properties have been released in the Mayflower Resort area – now called Deer Valley East Village. Velvaere is an ultra-luxury ski and wellness community offering large custom estates and smaller cabins. Furthermore, Marcella features the highest-elevation ski properties with direct access to the base area. Residents in the Jordanelle area can enjoy endless outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, biking, golfing, and much more. In the winter the backside of Deer Valley Resort® can be easily accessed via the Jordanelle Express gondola. Mayflower Mountain Resort is scheduled to open in 2024 and will offer 4,300 acres of skiable terrain along with an access point to Deer Valley Resort.

The best amenities can be found in Victory Ranch. Ski-in Ski-out properties can be found in Deer Crest. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are available in Park City, Heber City, and Kamas. The Jordanelle area is part Wasatch County, part Summit County. You may want to pay attention to that if you have school-age children. Properties will be zoned for either the South Summit or Wasatch School District.

The master plan for the west side of Jordanelle includes schools, a grocery store, a golf course as well as more lift connections to the Deer Valley Ski Resort. The plan is subject to change.
